This policy explains what information Perspective collects, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and phone number, when you contact us or when we raise a payment link for you.
- Your GST number, only where you ask us to raise a GST bill.
- Basic records of the assignments we carry out for you.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. Card numbers, UPI IDs, net banking credentials and similar details are entered on Razorpay systems and are never seen or stored by us. We receive only a payment reference, the amount, and whether the payment succeeded.
How we deliver your files
Completed work is delivered through a private link to a Google Drive folder, released only after your payment is confirmed. Google processes that file storage under its own privacy terms.
How we use your information
Only to quote for work, carry out the assignment, collect payment, issue receipts, meet our tax obligations, and respond to you. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.
Sharing
We share information only with our payment processor, our accountant or tax advisers, and where the law requires it.
Retention
Payment and billing records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires. Project records are kept while they are useful for supporting you, and removed on request where we are free to do so.
Your choices

When you buy an e-book or the Pose Atlas
We collect your name and email address, and for the Pose Atlas either your mobile number (buyers in India) or your email address (buyers outside India) as your login. We keep a record of your purchase, your receipt and, for the Pose Atlas, the devices currently logged in. We use a cookie to keep you logged in to the Pose Atlas. Your PIN is stored only in encrypted (hashed) form.
Payments from outside India are processed by Razorpay and, if you choose it, PayPal, under their own privacy terms. We use this information only to deliver your purchase, issue receipts, provide support and meet our legal obligations.
পড়ার সাথী (Porar Sathi)
When you register interest in পড়ার সাথী through our Facebook form, we collect your name, WhatsApp number, district and your child’s class. We use these only to tell you about পড়ার সাথী’s launch and offers, and to answer your questions. We do not sell or share them with anyone. Write to perspective11@gmail.com to have them deleted.
