This policy explains what information Perspective collects, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and phone number, when you contact us or when we raise a payment link for you.
- Your GST number, only where you ask us to raise a GST bill.
- Basic records of the assignments we carry out for you.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. Card numbers, UPI IDs, net banking credentials and similar details are entered on Razorpay systems and are never seen or stored by us. We receive only a payment reference, the amount, and whether the payment succeeded.
How we deliver your files
Completed work is delivered through a private link to a Google Drive folder, released only after your payment is confirmed. Google processes that file storage under its own privacy terms.
How we use your information
Only to quote for work, carry out the assignment, collect payment, issue receipts, meet our tax obligations, and respond to you. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.
Sharing
We share information only with our payment processor, our accountant or tax advisers, and where the law requires it.
Retention
Payment and billing records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires. Project records are kept while they are useful for supporting you, and removed on request where we are free to do so.
Your choices
