Services
Perspective provides commissioned creative and technical services, including AI-assisted film and video production, design, and website development. Every engagement is bespoke and quoted individually.
Quotations and payment
- Fees are quoted per assignment and agreed in writing before work begins.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees. GST is charged where applicable and shown separately.
- Payment is collected online through Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details.
- Work is delivered on receipt of payment unless other terms are agreed in writing.
Delivery
Completed files are delivered digitally through a secure link on this website, which unlocks immediately after successful payment. See our Shipping and Delivery Policy for detail.
Ownership and usage rights
On full payment, you receive the right to use the delivered work for the purpose agreed at the time of commissioning. Perspective retains ownership of project files, working assets and methods unless a separate transfer is agreed in writing. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate briefs, materials and approvals in reasonable time.
- Confirm that any material you supply to us does not infringe the rights of others.
- Check delivered files promptly and raise any issue without undue delay.
Revisions
The number of revision rounds included is stated in the quotation for each assignment. Work beyond that scope is quoted separately.
Limitation of liability
Our liability in connection with any assignment is limited to the amount you paid for that assignment. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.
